Saira’s latest collection exhibited during her 3 month residency at the Exhibitionist Hotel, Mayfair, is a series of 14 artworks fusing tradition and technology. Each piece captures a moment in time, evolving to form a timeless and asemic experience for the viewer

Inspired by the rediscovery of childhood diaries overflowing in lost, personal memories captured in symbols and secret writings. The natural rawness of the works evokes the noise, colour, and drama of her South Indian heritage, from Bollywood to Qawwali prayers and her never ending quest for independence.

The new works continue to script her journey, evident in her growing body of work, performances, and technological experimentations
